Simply sign up here and complete your profile to join as a Member. For higher tiers, you can qualify based on your spending and engagement over time.

Tier status, except for Member, lasts three years from the date you enter the tier. We review it at the end of that period.

If your spending over those three years has not met the threshold, you move down one tier rather than back to Member. 

Earning points and qualifying for a tier are two different things.

Everything you spend with us counts towards your tier, including purchases paid with Kris+ or Atome, repairs and servicing of any kind, and buying a gift card, even where those purchases earn no points.

The one exception is spending a gift card, which we count when the card is bought rather than when it is used.

Points are awarded on qualifying purchases, at your tier's rate for every S$500 spent. They are calculated on what you actually pay, after any discounts or promotions, and reach your account within three working days of full payment.

Qualifying purchases include our ready-to-wear fine jewellery, bridal, loose gemstones, personalised pieces and bespoke commissions, as well as personalisation and bespoke design fees, engraving, and the repair or refreshing of State Property jewellery.

Points are not awarded on work done to pieces we did not make, on gemstone certification, on the other brands we carry, or on our pieces bought from one of our retail partners rather than from us.

Points can be earned on purchases made in store or online by credit card, bank transfer, PayNow, cash, or gold trade-in.

Purchases paid with Kris+ or Atome do not earn points, though they still count towards your tier.

Points can be redeemed at checkout, in store or online. Each point is worth S$1 and comes off the total of your order.

You can use points on almost everything we sell, including fine jewellery and bridal, loose gemstones, personalisation and premium personalisation fees, bespoke design fees, engraving, gemstone certification, and the repair or refreshing of State Property jewellery. They cannot be used on the other brands we carry, on work done to pieces we did not make, or to buy a gift card.

Points can be used alongside Kris+, Atome, and mall or credit card promotions. They cannot be used on a purchase that takes your birthday discount.

Your points stay valid for as long as your account is active. If you do not make a purchase for two years, the points in your account expire.

We are not able to extend an expiry date, and expired points cannot be reinstated.

Buying a gift card earns no points and takes no birthday discount, but the amount counts towards your tier. Gift cards cannot be bought with points.

Spending a gift card earns points at your tier's rate, and the birthday discount applies to eligible items as usual. That spend does not count towards your tier again, as we counted it when the card was bought.

A gift card can be used on almost everything we sell, including the other brands we carry. We will tell you if something is excluded.

During your birthday month, you’ll receive exclusive discounts based on your tier. This discount is applied to all eligible purchases. On top of that, you will still accrue points on the discounted amounts of eligible items.

Birthday discounts apply to main collection items, special editions. New launches are eligible for birthday discounts for Collector tier members only. 

Items that are not eligible include bespoke design fees, personalisation fees, and non-State Property products carried in our store.

The discount applies throughout the calendar month of your birthday, and you still earn points on eligible items, calculated on the discounted price.

It can be used alongside a mall or credit card promotion. It cannot be combined with our own offers, with a double points promotion, or with redeeming points on the same purchase. Purchases paid with Kris+ or Atome are not eligible.

The discount is personal to you and cannot be applied to earlier purchases.

Points, benefits, and tier status are personal and cannot be transferred to others. They are exclusively for the client who earned them.

If you return something you paid for with points, those points are credited back to your account. If you return something you earned points on, those points come off your account.

A purchase refunded within 30 days for store credit earns no points.
